If you have completed eLearning, the course is showing 100% but isnt updating in your Training Plan or Training Transcript this is most likely due to you not achieving the minimum pass mark in the course
Navigate to: Self> Learner Dashboard> CLick 'Training Schedule' on the left under 'Quick Links'> Select the 'Completed' tab> Search for the course. From here you can see your score. Most of our courses are 80% pass mark
To ensure you participate and take away as much as possible from our Virtual Classrooms you are required to have a working mic/equiptment.
Failure todo so will result im removal from the course and a charge inline with our current cancellation policy
From January 2024 the assessment process and tasks will be changing for Sales Executives & Service Advisors.
The OCL (Observation Checklist) functionality on LEAP will be turned off on Friday, 8th December for these roles. Any delegates who have submitted before this date will be marked as normal. Should they fail their assessment they will have until the 15th January to resubmit under the OCL process, after this date their assessment will be transferred to the new process.
The new assessment process will be a 1.5hr virtual classroom in which they will complete their assessment. Assessment events will be bookable on LEAP from 11th December for dates starting 8th January 2024.

Booking assessment will be the same as booking any other VC in the delegates pathway.
My Training Plans > Sales exec/service advisor pathway > Assessment > Click register for Group Sales Executive/Service Advisor Assessment > Select date & time > Click Register
Joining instructions will be sent to confirm booking.
Cancellation charges will be applicable to assessments.
